Hi, I’m SYDNI JAckson.
I’ve worked on campaigns over the last several years in a variety of different capacities from communications to field director to campaign manager and even candidate. When I look back to figure out how I got here, it’s really hard to pinpoint what led me to this work. Politics has always been in the background of my life; I attended my first presidential campaign rally at the age of 2 and since then there’s been no going back.
I got involved in grassroots activism in 2016 and realized that most of the change that I wanted to see in my community started on the policy level. I jumped into politics in 2019 seeking an understanding of who the players are and how it all works. In 2020 on this path of discovery, I ran and was selected to be a delegate to the Democratic National Convention while simultaneously running to be Creve Coeur Township Democratic Committeewoman. I most recently served as the West County Field Director for the St. Louis County Democrats and now currently serve as the Senate District 24 Democratic Committeewoman.
I bring hands-on lead expertise on a wide variety of races from city council to county council to state representative. The drive to continue to make our region, our state, and our country a better place is what keeps me in this work. Together, electing values-oriented changemakers to public office we can build a better future for our community.
